Last weekend, I got the chance to turn a dreary, icky day into one happy afternoon with the adorable Anderson family. Sarah, Logan and Pierce (19 months) were so sweet to welcome me into their world before baby #2 arrives this Spring. I truly got to climb into my element and spend a normal weekend afternoon with the three of them. I got to walk their walk and talk their talk for a bit and enjoyed every second of it. I learned so much about their family, their operation and life with the Andersons in general. They are seriously precious. Midway through our playdate, Pierce pulled out a little wooden train that I later discovered belonged to Logan when he was a baby. I die over things like this. I am such a sucker for nostalgia and now, years later, there sat Logan with Pierce on the floor reliving all of those same memories. Pierce is such a bundle of joy in this home so full of love, fist pounds, laughter, kisses, veggie straws and bare feet. It made an otherwise typical rainy day, merry and bright. Thank you Sarah and Logan for allowing me access to a sweet day in your life!
